ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR PRE-SCHOOL / PRIMARY SCHOOL
Whoever they are or dream of becoming, Heritage House Schools will inspire your child’s curiosity, intellect, creativity, and passion. Here, children are encouraged to discover their own voice and use it to make a difference in the ways that matter most to them. You may apply by downloading the respective application form which suits your child or children’s category.
Please fill it and bring it or send it to the appropriate administrative office. You can also pick up an application form from the school administrative office. This will give you the additional advantage of viewing the school first hand. Whichever way you choose to apply, a non-refundable application fee is payable.
1. Obtain a Registration form (NGN20, 000) and pay to:

2. Fill out the form carefully and return it with the following documents:
- 2 current Passport photographs of your child.
- Copy of immunization Record Card.
- Copy of Birth Certificate.
- Copies of school reports for the last two consecutive years (where applicable).
- Email Signed Admission Form and Proof of Payment to the appropriate office.

3. An entry assessment will be scheduled and communicated as follows:
- An informal assessment and interview with both parents will be scheduled for pre-school aged children
- Primary-aged children will be assessed in Numeracy & Literacy tests commensurate to their grade level.
- Shortlisted Candidates will be informed of interview dates through Email and SMS
- Parents will be required to attend the interview** alongside their child(ren)
- Successful candidates will be informed via SMS or E-mail, and required to pick up their admission letter.
- Candidates offered admission will be required to pay the fees within the time frame indicated in the offer letter.
Pupils seeking admission during the academic year will be admitted based on available spaces. Such pupils will be required to present academic records from their previous school, in addition to undertaking an assessment. Following assessment, successful candidates will undergo an interview before admission is offered.
